Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design, develop, modify and test software needed for various internet search engine company projects. Design cutting edge algorithms and data structures that will work efficiently on enormous amounts of data. Perform data mining and fine statistical analysis to detect and analyze hidden patterns in the data. Use patterns and properties of data to tune the output of algorithms. Process internet scale data, including web pages, news, social feeds, and other private data sources. Provide predictive insights, system design, implementation, documentation, testing and tuning of these systems. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $212,000 - $318,400/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Education and/or experience must include:
• Experience with one of the following programming languages: Go, C++, Java or equivalent.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
• Proficiency with third-party cloud stack: AWS, GCP or Azure or equivalent.
• Experience with Unix/Linux command line environment.
• Experience in testing software, smoke testing, or integration testing.
• Using continuous deployment pipelines to ensure feature releases.
• Debugging software using interactive or remote debugger.
