Small Business Product Marketing Manager

From product positioning, customer engagement, to channel enablement, the Business Market team helps enterprise customers adopt the Apple platform, empowering employees to do their best work and achieve their full potential.

Description

We are looking for a driven and meticulous Product Marketing Manager to join the Apple Business Product Marketing team, supporting marketing efforts for small businesses. In this role, you'll help shape how Apple communicates the value of our products and ecosystem-Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Apple services-to small business customers. You'll work cross-functionally with senior marketers, Apple Retail, marcom, developer relations, and channel teams to create engaging content, support key campaigns and retail moments, and help enable partners who bring Apple to small businesses around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve product positioning and messaging for small business audiences across Apple hardware, software, and services.
  • Lead the development of compelling product content, messaging frameworks, presentations, and marketing assets used across campaigns, web, field, and channel.
  • Drive integrated marketing programs and key seasonal campaigns, partnering with Marcom, PR, sales, and retail teams to bring Apple in small business to life.
  • Serve as the marketing lead for small business developer engagement, collaborating with developer relations to elevate app partners and use cases that differentiate Apple's platforms.
  • Partner closely with channel teams to build scalable enablement strategies, training materials, and field assets that support Apple's presence in partner channels.
  • Gather insights from customers, partners, and internal teams to inform strategy, identify messaging gaps, and represent the voice of small business customers.
  • Monitor industry trends, small business needs, and competitive movements to influence future product and marketing direction.
  • Support key product launches and business moments relevant to small business customers, collaborating with global teams to ensure relevance and impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in technology or small business segments.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in positioning, messaging, and storytelling for small business audiences-with the ability to turn complex product value into compelling customer benefits.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience driving alignment across product, sales, marcom, and channel teams.
  • Experience with developer ecosystems and third-party app marketing is a strong plus.
  • Skilled at building marketing strategies and delivering both strategic frameworks and high-quality execution.
  • Customer-first approach with a deep curiosity about the needs and behaviors of small business users.
  • Experience working with or enabling indirect sales channels, such as resellers or telcos.
  • Passion for Apple products and helping businesses succeed through innovation and simplicity.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
