Description
The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader with demonstrated ability to build an inclusive culture and lead high performing teams to deliver results. Select appropriate technologies and frameworks based on performance requirements and scalability needs. Guide the development team in implementing the architectural design, providing technical expertise and decision-making on critical technical aspects.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8 years experience as a people manager and senior leader
- Experience with software design patterns and architectural principles
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence architecture and innovation are key to the role
- A strong background in performance oriented computer architecture and system software for low power consumer devices is highly desirable

- Advanced Degree in EE/CS Preferred

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $329,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
