Description
The ideal candidate will be able to work along with high performing teams to deliver results. Select appropriate technologies and frameworks based on performance requirements and scalability needs. Guide the development team in implementing the architectural design, providing technical expertise and decision-making on critical technical aspects.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10+ years of industry experience
- Experience with software design patterns and architectural principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Hands on builder with ability to dive into the details, deliver prototypes and distill complex ideas into simpler concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in EE/CS Preferred
- Strong understanding of language models, transformers and related technologies
- Background in performance oriented computer architecture and system software for low power consumer devices
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207,800 and $378,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
