We are looking for a Senior Social Producer to join our team across Services. In this role you will collaborate with a group of creatives, strategists, brand managers, project managers, as well as cross-functional and external partners to produce social campaigns and activations for Marcom LA. With a keen eye on Brand communications, Partner and Apple ecosystem marketing, as well as Performance Advertising, the Sr. Social Producer will lead production across several lines of business and relentlessly uphold our creative vision to the high standard of Apple.

Description

This role will drive the end-to-end content creation and production processes while leading communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables across our Apple Services social marketing initiatives. This role will partner with creative teams to help shape and develop approach to concepts as it pertains to production implications and standard processes. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Scale social content production by streamlining social production workflows, implementing repeatable systems, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Recommend platform-specific standard processes and maintain working knowledge of current social ad products to drive strategic production. Develop and/or refine social extensions for traditional campaigns with the goals of driving conversation and increasing social engagement, positioning the brand for earned media potential Plan, handle and communicate internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information, scope and set of locked deliverables. Define project scope with internal and external partners - updating and advising on costs, schedule and resources. Partner with BA and legal to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clearance of assets for distribution. Lead and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs. Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams ensuring that we're delivering against asks while crafting an environment that allows for innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in social content production in a creative advertising agency or marketing communications team
  • Experience producing social content and maintaining budgets across multiple projects
  • Experience working with a network of creative, production, digital, social content strategists
  • Experience managing scope of work, budgeting, negotiating costs with third party vendors, building purchase requests and tracking spend

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in content, social strategy and digital campaign production.
  • Deep knowledge of content production with a focus on social and digital campaigns
  • Maintains flexibility to adapt when adjustments are required
  • Comfortable working within a big picture while staying close to the details, to fulfill daily needs and think holistically about opportunities for efficiency and team structure
  • Ability to live between ten thousand feet and thirty thousand feet, to not only fulfill against daily needs, but to think more holistically about opportunities for efficiency and team structure
  • Familiarity with creative planning and effective resource management, as well as understanding the impact of production decisions on both creative output and our cross functional partner's business'
  • Experience articulating creative intent to others and proactively coordinating with partners to bring ideas to life
  • Implement creative ideas and communications across a variety of mediums from digital, social, and experiential activations

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
