Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Manage the end-to-end forecast process for key business lines, including financial close and performance updates to Senior Leadership. Prepare forecasts, standard reporting, and ad hoc analyses for key AppleCare business activities, as well as support new and existing AppleCare Finance initiatives. Conduct monthly forecast review meetings and present details on forecast performance, risks, and related remedies to Senior Management and Executives. Determine and communicate forecast confidence, including risks and opportunities to Senior Management. Lead AppleCare Finance team in preparing and submitting P&L forecasts to Corporate FP&A team. Conduct user testing of new forecast software and software enhancements. Integrate various datasets to create, present, and defend key business insights to business partners and leadership. Work with multi-functional teams and lead multiple projects simultaneously that have critical deadlines. Drive efficiency and accuracy in forecasting, and continuous process improvement to improve financial data integrity. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $162,926 - $201,300/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
  • Experience in end-to-end financial processes, including Forecast, Close, Analysis, and Reporting
  • Experience delivering forecasts and financial results to Senior Leadership
  • Utilizing enterprise software (e.g., SAP) and financial modeling in Excel, including experience preparing Financial Statements and incorporating business insights, revenue, cost, and financial metrics.
  • Experience collaborating with the Information Systems team to implement system solutions and experience supporting the forecast planning process.
  • Summarizing and aggregating statistical forecasts.
  • Experience in accounting and applying accounting principles.
  • Experience in Tableau, including experience performing ad hoc analyses and providing insight to business partners.
  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously with critical deadlines
