Description
As a Senior Fraud Investigator, you are responsible for providing accurate and actionable data and analysis to the organization in its goal to provide Apple customers with an industry-leading, extraordinary purchasing experience. In particular, you will provide highly accurate reporting and analyze large data sets, contributing to Apple's consumer protection efforts. Responsibilities include: • Staying current on fraud patterns • Performing strategic reporting to help support business goals • Producing data analysis that has measurable impact on business initiatives, processes, and goals • Using cross departmental tools to identify fraud as it relates to other departments, companies, and partners of Apple • Determining opportunities for innovation to enhance customer experience and reduce fraud loss • Sharing new and emerging trends with the Fraud Investigator population • Connecting with Fraud Investigators to calibrate on orders, provide feedback, and engage in learning opportunities • Providing regular departmental communication about of-the-moment information • Monitoring and bulk actioning transactions / accounts and identifying ways to mitigate chargebacks • Meeting regularly to report trends to business partners and assisting partner groups with data requests
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years current experience as an AMP Fraud Prevention Investigator
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work independently, multitask and efficiently prioritize workload to support business projects with little guidance
- Strong research and analytical skills with experience working with large data in a matrixes organization
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Knowledge with language such as SQL/Python and experience with data tools such as Splunk/Arcadai preferred
