Description
The Retail Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will be responsible for managing significant cross-functional programs related to Apple Retail's future store strategy and reinvestment globally. They will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and delivery of key initiatives and will serve as a liaison with cross-functional teams and Leadership across Retail and broader Apple. Key responsibilities include: - Drive delivery of key Retail programs and initiatives through the entire lifecycle, from due diligence through completion and lessons learned - Manage and lead cross-functional program teams, timeline, plan of record, budget, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, status reporting, Leadership comms, pan Apple alignment, and approvals - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement improvements to our program management processes and practices - Quickly develop strong working relationships with corporate partners, field teams, and vendors globally to ensure delivery of the best possible experience to Apple Retail customers
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of related program management experience
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth and results driven environment
- Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills, has great attention to detail, and a can-do and motivational presence
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a strategy, customer journey, and/or Retail function
- Well versed in Retail and technology innovation, with commitment to staying informed on evolving trends
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Dedication to the delivery of unparalleled customer experience
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details
- MBA degree a plus
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
