You'll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate the multitude of activities needed to make your projects successful. This role will draw upon your experience managing medium-to-large, technical projects that interweave complex data, multiple systems, and functional teams. You will leverage your deep understanding of B2B business operations, channel sales processes, CRM and PRM systems, and enterprise sales lifecycles to lead complex projects from concept through implementation. In this role, you will: - Organize, plan, and manage multiple technology projects end-to-end with overlapping timelines, on behalf of the US B2B Sales organization and partner teams. - Lead all phases of projects within your portfolio, including: identification of business opportunities, ideation, business requirement documentation, timeline development, communication, testing, change management, go-live, reporting, and retrospective. - Deeply understand business users by leveraging empathy-driven methodologies - separating signal from noise. - Drive project-centric discussions and workshops to gather requirements, user stories and use cases from business subject matter experts. - Partner with technical teams to communicate and plan technical deliverables. - Quickly establish yourself as the subject matter expert for all projects in your portfolio. - Gain buy-in from key decision-makers by leveraging storytelling to bring to life the potential business impact of proposed projects. - Lead cross-functional teams, including collaborations with third-party partners. Identify and engage all teams/ individuals needed to mobilize projects. - Establish project road maps and schedules, keeping activities on track to major landmarks. Work with the core team to prioritize and assign project tasks to team members. Manage project risk throughout the life of the project. Identify, document, and drive resolution of project issues. - Keep core and management teams well-informed about project developments in a dynamic environment. - Strive for efficiency, simplicity, and design excellence in every project.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in B2B channel sales, including strategies, processes, incentive programs, and marketing activities that drive demand
  • 8+ years of experience in a business analyst, project/program management, and/or similar role focused on leading complex, cross-functional business transformation projects
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems such as Salesforce
  • Comfort working with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and lead simultaneous projects with competing priorities, strategies, and timescales
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience creating polished executive presentations and "storytelling through data" to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging Design Thinking methodology is a plus
  • Experience working with transactional data and core data (e.g., master data) systems is a plus
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to investigate data, business, or systems problems to expose root causes and identify solution options
  • Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks prior to escalation and proactively drive towards a solution
  • Expert organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Master's Degree is a plus

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
