We're seeking an experienced Programming Lead and experience creator who can drive onsite events and engagements for influential audiences. You are expert at partnering with senior stakeholders and functional leads to design, curate, produce and deliver elevated experiences. You are a clear communicator with impeccable taste and attention to detail. You are comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy collaborating, know how to navigate nuance and consistently demonstrate integrity and accountability. Responsibilities include: - Drive end-to-end planning, programming and stakeholder management on all events and experiences at the newly opened Apple Park Observatory. - Build a process to assess, plan and create impactful programming in alignment with organizational goals and priorities. - Establish an intake and evaluation process in alignment with Worldwide Events team leadership to ensure we are effectively prioritizing to manage budget and resources. - Partner with producers, designers and technical experts across the team to bring the space to life. - Act as a coach and conductor, bringing in appropriate team members and XFN partners at the right time to execute with excellence. - Curate elevated and impactful experiences for executives, partners, leaders and influential audiences. - Occasionally drive executive and influencer experiences throughout Apple Park or other Apple locations around the world. - Support on building and owning elements of our high profile events and product launches. - Facilitate collaboration and communication among partners and external resources. - Establish expectations and timelines to ensure parallel work streams implement simultaneously, seamlessly and according to plan. - Contribute to an environment that focuses on the audience experience, delivering world-class events, and pushing through decisions that are best for Apple. - Manage budget and vendors. Cultivate relationships with finance and procurement partners to ensure processing of vendor agreements, purchase orders, and payments. - Champion the end-to-end process from vendor procurement through fiscal reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience leading events and experiences for brands or managing an executive engagement or briefing program.
  • Expertise in programming for a variety of audiences, including executives, world leaders, influencers, creators, and internal teams.
  • Experience leading high touch engagements and multi-day event programs from concept through completion.
  • You're a storyteller who is equally passionate giving an interactive tour as you are powering a stage.
  • Ability to occasionally travel domestically or internationally.
  • Familiarity with event production workflow and processes from concept to completion
  • Flexibility to work on-site as required to fulfill business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating events for Senior Executive and C-Level audiences.
  • Proven proficiency in handling event logistics production and technical elements.
  • Passion for building bespoke brand and product experiences that resonate
  • Detail obsessed with an eye to the touches that make an experience meaningful and memorable.
  • Cultural awareness that informs key concepts and emerging trends.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while setting objectives and advancing results.
  • Obsession for details and the customer experience.
  • Ability to make good timely decisions that keep the project moving forward.
  • Deploys resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Cross functional collaborator with an ability to mentor and lead.
  • College degree and equivalent professional experience is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
