Apple's Worldwide Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and best practices to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSO team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at world-wide and regional levels. In this role, you will lead scalable programs, projects, and initiatives to enable Apple-badged field sales team members globally. You will partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to define scope, identify key deliverables, drive implementation, oversee readiness and change management, measure success through data, and lead optimization and enhancement efforts. With your attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and passion for creating solutions, you will improve the effectiveness of internal field sales programs, resulting in world-class experiences for employees, partners, and customers. You will be part of a team that owns all aspects of People Programs globally, inspiring Apple-badged and partner salespeople around the world at Apple resellers, including carriers, retailers, monobrand, corporate resellers, and enterprise partners.

Description

In this position, you will: - Design and implement scalable programs, tools, and processes to support global field sales teams to operate, innovate, and grow impact - Build, execute, and manage detailed project plans to support pilots, projects, and strategic initiatives - Influence and collaborate with geo teams across Apple to understand business needs, document requirements, and deliver solutions that work across markets - Partner with the training team and other cross-functional teams to develop content that supports skills development and inspires field teams to grow Apple business at channel retail stores - Identify and lead areas of improvement and optimization for systems and tools for managing staffing deployment and activities - Create guides and playbooks to support programs, so they can be consistently executed in all regions - Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform new programs and enhance existing initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of related experience
  • Significant project/program management experience, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience working with data in Excel and Tableau to analyze trends, develop insights, and identify opportunities to drive business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and continuously evolving environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation-building (e.g. Keynote) skills
  • Strong collaboration, relationship building skills, and the ability to influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
  • Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools (e.g. Wrike)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Global experience is highly preferred
  • Background working in a Channel, Retail, and/or Field Sales environment is a plus
  • Deep expertise in strategy development, process design, and implementation
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity with the ability to aggregate information from multiple sources to formulate a cohesive strategy or direction
  • Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks prior to escalation and proactively drive towards a solution
  • Expert organizational skills and attention to detail
