Description

As part of the Worldwide Events team's Production Services group, the Production Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a core team that plans and implements operations and logistics for key Apple events and productions. It's a particularly exciting time to join our team as we continue to build flawless brand experiences throughout the Apple ecosystem! This is an opportunity to be a part of an exceptionally hardworking team whose charter is to create, execute, and innovate shared event and filmed experiences. As a critical member of the Production Services team within Worldwide Events, you'll be responsible for assisting and supporting the Production Operations team across multiple event and content types by coordinating several operational components from systems and database management, to supporting event and production setups, load ins and load outs. Responsibilities

  • Support event logistics and production including project management, vendor and crew coordination, attendee experience, setup, break-down, etc.
  • Manage team inventory including the packing/shipping/tracking of event materials pre and post onsite events.
  • Assist in timeline calendaring for events.
  • Assist in calendaring team schedules.
  • Assist in organizing and distilling a large amount of production information into clear written and verbal communications.
  • Organize and manage our internal vendor/resource database.
  • Route tracking of PO approvals and payment invoices.
  • Support the team in daily business operations and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on the competitive landscape of events and experiences.
  • Coordinate and implement assigned events from concept to execution (event type will depend on skill level).
  • Comfortable supporting operations within temporary spaces and/or production facility settings.
  • Mac and Keynote proficient.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in event support, filmed content production, theatrical production.
  • Organizational skillset in carrying out / supporting high-level operational plans for high profile events.

  • Ability to react quickly to new information and direction and seamlessly adapt to change.
  • Highly organized, efficient and resourceful.
  • Have a track record of successfully working with a wide range of people across different functions and at different levels.
  • Adheres to Apple's values, high production standards and codes of ethical conduct.
  • Works well under pressure, maintaining self-composure and integrity.
  • Competency of AutoCAD a plus.
  • Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $89,900 and $135,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
