We are seeking an outstanding Product Operations leader to join our Product Success team, a part of the Commerce Organization for Apple Services - including the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, TV+, Fitness+, Apple One and more. Here, you'll do more than join something - you'll add something! The Commerce Organization develops pricing, transactional, messaging and growth marketing Capabilities for our stakeholder partners to acquire new customers, monetize and/or transact services and apps, and deliver ongoing mechanisms for engagement and value for our Customers, our Partners and Apple. This is a uniquely cross-functional position, broad-reaching and influential. You'll be encouraged to partner with all Product Managers across the Commerce Capability portfolio, empowering them to build foundational and next-generation features which would meet the business priorities of 1P Partners in Apple Services, 3P Developer and Publishing Partners. This role also partners with other development teams such as Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Decision Science & Analytics, Design and more, to optimize our Product Development Process, Project Life Cycle, and Partner Adoption approach- with a goal of reducing friction as we bring Commerce Organization Product Capabilities to market.

In this role, you will develop Programs, Processes, Communications, and Best Practice Standards to guide and empower Product Managers as they build scalable, adaptable Capabilities that meet the business priorities of our stakeholders. The key objectives of this role are: Optimizing process across Product development and the Project Life Cycle Facilitating enhanced collaboration across the PCM Organization and XF teams Promoting best practices for Capability Adoption (for 1P/3P/Customers) Key responsibilities include: Product development, and Project Life Cycle continuous improvements Facilitate productive XF Product Forums and Workshops Develop communication standards and guidelines Develop and maintain Product Organization Resource hub Capability adoption use-cases storytelling Product development tooling needs and new tech exploration Monitoring & learning from Product-Operations impacting market trends
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Product, Platform and Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Digital or related field
- Exceptional communication: convey complex ideas concisely, adapt to different audiences, and have the ability to influence outcomes.
- Self-motivated and proactive: willing to dive into details and gain a thorough understanding of Apple's systems, processes, and strategic initiatives in order to build the best experiences our Customers and Partners
- Proven record of working collaboratively with XF teams, e.g. Product, EPMs, Analytics, Business teams
- Partnership efforts through all levels of the organization from Senior Leadership to Individual Contributors

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
