As a system expert, the PLM System Administrator provides first-line support to all users in a multifaceted environment. They manage business-side system administration, including onboarding, roles and privileges, audits, and configurations. This role bridges the gap between technical and business users, collaborating multi-functionally to gather and analyze data, establish processes, and build business requirements for optimizing and implementing best practices in the PLM environment. We need someone to lead projects and establish efficient business processes for scalability.
Description
As a PLM Business System Administrator, you'll juggle multiple priorities, leading day-to-day PLM activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, train users, and establish processes to drive best-in-class Document Control/Configuration management practices. - Run business side PLM configurations - Create and maintain clear, concise documentation related to PLM system configurations, procedures, work instructions, and user guides - Support cross-functional users on PLM system usage, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems - Create and deliver presentations to small or large audience - Schedule and host meetings, take notes, publish minutes and action items. Follow up and track action items to closure. - Perform audits to ensure data integrity and manage access controls - Collaborate with engineering IT and other teams to optimize PLM process and workflows - Train users on the proper use of the PLM system - Off-hour support required via e-mail and phone

Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree + 3 years relevant experience
- Requires one of the following tools experience: PLM, ERP, Incident Management
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years related experience
- Business Analyst experience a plus
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $118,500 and $197,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
