Description

We are a dynamic team with a direct impact on the experience of our stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and contingent workforce. We are responsible for operational excellence, technology, and workforce planning support that enables the business to perform work globally. Your expertise will help drive Apple business processes, third-party supplier management, and complex workflows and projects. RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: - Manage day to day program operations and performance of MSPs and third-party suppliers to ensure Apple's service delivery standards are maintained - Serve as the point of escalation for Apple employees, MSPs, and third-party suppliers for the program and identify resolutions in a timely manner - Develop and manage relationships with third-party suppliers and MSP to ensure compliance and optimize operational standards and service delivery levels - Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Procurement, Finance, Technology teams, and business leaders to ensure governance and adherence of procedures and key policies - Identify, create, and manage contingent workforce operational processes to lead optimization and standardization globally - Generate and analyze program reports to identify key trends, track program performance, and provide insights to program leaders to drive data informed program improvements - Collaborate with key partners to conduct audits, generate comprehensive reports, and implement quality control measures - Oversee vendor management systems, providing support to optimize and standardize global processes - Build and maintain strong relationships to work closely and collaborate with internal teams and key partners across Apple globally - Provide regular analysis of regional contingent workforce operations activities within the team and across business partners - Lead and coordinate business reviews with global program owners while aligning on follow-up action item commitments - Aligning business needs and regulatory requirements to manage the contingent workforce population, data, and documents - Collaborate with key partners on vendor optimization standards and projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Contingent Workforce Programs and Human Resources working across multiple services such as Policies, Recruiting, Contingent Workforce Staffing, Vendor Management, etc.
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment, complete multiple tasks with competing priorities, and cut through ambiguity
  • Skilled in leading presentations to key stakeholders and business leaders focused on program performance trends and recommended solutions
  • Strong reporting and analytic skills
  • Proven ability to develop contingent workforce strategies and scalable solutions
  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal skills, and relationship building a must
  • Skilled at effectively prioritizing, managing, and resolving business critical escalations
  • Ability to maintain the highest regulatory and compliance standards
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact and discretion
  • Worked with MacOS and have strong desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Contingent Labor Subject Matter Expert (SME) and program management experience
  • Experience with Workday and other enterprise HRIS systems
  • Experience in managing deep relationships with procurement for scalable global and business specific solves
  • Vendor Management technology or other Applicant Tracking System platforms experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
