Description
The Partnership Development Lead is patient, understanding, ego-free, and eager to give and receive feedback. They have deep expertise in developing strategy and novel business models in health and leading partner product engagements. Other responsibilities include: ∙ Systems Design: Distill complex healthcare system concepts into approachable experience frameworks that align with business objectives, user needs, and clinical guidelines, enhancing the user experience of Apple's health-focused products and services. ∙ Defining Needs and Possible Solutions: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to translate operational, business and clinical needs from partners or the healthcare industry into user-friendly solutions, define product requirements and design innovative business or partnership models that drive product adoption. ∙ Synthesize: Work closely with partners, external experts and other resources to understand incentives and market needs to deliver the core concepts or point of view for a particular feature, service or business model. ∙ Partnership and business model generation and concept development: Facilitate internal and external discussions and employ your expertise to identify, evaluate, and scope a broad range of innovative partnerships and business models addressing user needs and market opportunities in the clinical health domain. ∙ Partnership & Business Strategy execution: Represent Apple externally. Identify key milestones and drive cross-functional coordination across diverse group of internal and external executive stakeholders. This is a site-based role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of proven experience in healthcare strategy and partnership
- Consistent track record of developing novel healthcare business models or healthcare product partnerships from concept to launch
- Deep understand of the healthcare market globally - providers, payors, governments, digital technology solutions and understanding the varying perspectives that influence care - including reimbursement, common software used, and clinical workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to synthesize information, simplify sophisticated concepts, and build consensus with large cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels
- Ability to think strategically, see around corners, plan several steps ahead, make connections and clear roadblocks
- Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
