The influence of the proposed innovations will span across system architecture, hardware, kernel drivers, firmware, and global system behavior, striving to satisfy both word class system performance and power delivery constraints at the same time.

Description
We are looking for an extraordinary software engineer to lead, design and implement wired and wireless battery charging software features in Apple products. You will work with Hardware, Systems and other cross-functional teams and lead the bring-up and development of charging features from pre-silicon to commercialization. The position requires high level thinking to architect code solutions along with low level programming and excellent communications and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Working on this technology you will have the opportunity to have a major impact on the implementation and quality of Apple's next generation products. Our environment fosters innovation and rapid product iteration within a creative solution space.
Education & Experience
B.S., M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $161,700.00 and $243,300.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
