As a Lead Producer, you will take a leadership role in driving and defining Apple's presence across digital marketing, commerce platforms, and localization. You will be responsible for planning, scoping, and orchestration of interactive localization during key product announcement and sustain moments.

Description

This role requires close collaboration with project leads to ensure the work and associated scope is shared on a regular basis, and informs the overall localization plan. You will also be responsible for optimizing localization strategy and process in partnership with other worldwide and GEO leads. You will be the main worldwide point of contact for our Interactive GEO leads to help streamline ways of working, identify process and production optimization strategies and help build connection points between teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with Global Comms team and GEO leads to streamline and improve process with locally originated campaigns. Offer consult to GEO leads for locally originated campaigns. Refine and optimize Interactive localization strategy, scoping and process between interactive teams including monitoring/analyzing scope parameters (planned vs. actuals) and ensure learnings are applied to future projects. Lead and organize highly confidential product launch planning for multiple products at a time and co-ordinate producer, worldwide release planning, security and GEO teams. Recommend solutions that create efficiencies and lead to better work, while not shying away from standing behind the right solution. Collaborate and build strong, positive relationships with Operations, Localization Producers, Security and other Cross-Functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in digital project management, with at least 4 years of experience in an international marketing environment
  • Experience working across global marketing teams at an advertising agency or global brand
  • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders, creative, production, and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies across e-commerce and channel platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of localization workflow and tools.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics gathering and reporting.
  • Experience working on an international client or brand outside of the US.
  • Experience overseeing producer and agency teams on production and delivery.
  • Proactive planner, a forward thinker, and loves to problem solve and craft efficiencies to further streamline process.
  • Very organized, detail oriented and can manage priorities and communicate solutions to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to focus on the smallest detail as well as define broader strategic plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, thrives working in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to identify and resolve issues proactively. Experience using data to make decisions.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
