The On-Device Programs team manages a suite of premier in-store demo experiences as well as an interactive sales tool (Guide) for channel sellers. As the Program Operations and Strategy Manager you will lead a team accountable for the operations, management and expansion of both Guide and On-Device demo initiatives. We're looking for an experienced individual who will steer a team in crafting and scaling groundbreaking tools for both partner and Apple staff to use in order to elevate the sales conversation with their customers. The scope of work requires the ability to adapt from program strategy, to development, to operations, to experience design, and to geo readiness.

Description

- Manage a team of dedicated individual contributors, providing guidance on scope of work, track and lead priorities against business objectives. Mentor and support individual performance and career growth and development. - Support business and operational aspects of On-Device programs, including program deployment, program health, communication, field user documentation, production support, program reporting for Apple WW and Geo teams and XF teams. - Execute the plan of record for On-Device demo programs and Guide, driving forward the deployment strategy in collaboration with regions across the world. - Find ways to promote your program & processes to the target audience(s), partners, and regional teams. - Contribute to test and try efforts to be forward looking and drive continuous improvement. - Lead analysis of key strategic projects, track performance for these new expansion opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data. - Oversee team operational budget. - Communicate openly and be influential, interfacing seamlessly with senior leadership in WW and in geo.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading projects related to retail Cx or Consumer facing app
  • Experience designing and delivering programs to market from strategic and critical thinking to sell-in, and to execution
  • 3+ years demonstrated ability building and leading a high performing team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in planning and driving projects simultaneously and independently in a dynamic environment; ability to identify critical business issues and design resolutions to meet the needs of partners and customers
  • Focused on results, and passionate about the experience, process, and details without compromising speed, results, or scale
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
  • Superb analytical skills and proven problem-solving skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in a geo
  • Experience with programs in a retail setting
  • 5+ years demonstrated ability building and leading a high performing team
  • Highly effective communicator with partners and executive leadership
  • MS/MBA or equivalent practical experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,500 and $274,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
