Customer Systems Team is developing next generation AI and engineering solutions to optimize and enhance the support experience for Apple Care support customers. Our mission is to provide a flawless experience for Apple Care Advisors as well as our Apple Care Customers. Our team is growing rapidly. Key Qualifications

  • Knowledge of applying latest NLP technology to real-world problems in industry.
  • Familiarity with one or more deep learning software frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding of Python and excellent software development skills (source code management, debugging, testing, deployment etc.)
  • Knowledge of building end to end ML systems and deploying them to operate at scale is a plus.
  • Experience with Swift/Metal/Shaders/CoreML is a plus.

Description

In this role, you will be working on ideating and developing privacy preserving AI algorithms and data processing pipelines for Apple Care CRM. Candidates should have a proven track record that demonstrates innovation, strong collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for designing and developing high-quality software. Track record can be through internships or full time roles.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields.
