Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Localization Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive day to day intake and delivery of localized marketing assets, track project status and implement quality assurance processes. You will partner with regional marketers across the globe to track quality of localized materials, brief vendors, and be a resource to all partners to ensure Apple excellence is reflected in all the markets we support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about process improvement and delivering for a global audience, we'd love to hear from you. - Maintain a close partnership with Worldwide Commercial Marketing, Platforms, Product Marketing, Creative and Production teams to deliver high quality localized materials that serve various needs - Lead the production of localized web pages, emails, visual assets, sales and events materials, and educational content by working with our Localization business partners and extended team of translators and editors - Collaborate with Graphic Production artists, Content and Creative Producers to plan, inform, track, and drive deadlines - Maintain and improve effective quality assurance processes tailored to deliverable types - Maintain and update internal localization process documentation as needed (e.g., process guides, templates)
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of localization project management experience
- Basic understanding and experience with marketing operations
- Strong understanding of industry standard localization tools and best practices, translation and QA processes, localization vendor management, and marketing deliverables
- Experience handling multiple tasks within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to establish rapport, collaborate, and problem solve with designers, writers, producer colleagues, and marketing managers
- Able to lead strategic conversations, from a localization point of view, with a wide range of partners in different disciplines and levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support effective cross-functional collaboration
- Thrives in a detail-orientated, fast-paced workplace
- Able to establish expertise in and facilitate a consistent process, while also practicing flexibility and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual competency a plus
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
