Lead Producer, Customer Journeys

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Producer to oversee the Customer Journeys and Marketing Producer teams to drive and facilitate the creation of on and off device messaging for customer acquisition, awareness, and retention campaigns across several of our Services.

In this role, you will over see the planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of a wide range of marketing assets for on and off platform marketing placements. This role will be a key partner with the Customer Journeys design team, Line of Business Marketing teams, and cross-functional marketing partners to define campaign requirements, clarify strategic deliverables, build leadership consensus, lead design reviews, and ensure a clean handoff of the final assets to partner teams. Innovation, efficiency and adaptability are traits that are at the heart of Apple and the work that we do. The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic collaboration, a love for promoting project management best practices, and an innate drive to build synergy across the Services Marketing organization. Key skills for success in the role include building clear project plans, guiding teams through project change management, mitigating project risk, communicating clearly and concisely, and the ability to creatively problem solve throughout the project lifecycle. This is a fast-paced results-oriented team focused on delivering high visibility campaign work to drive our Services business. This position works closely with many other creative teams and will be an advocate for consistency of messaging across all marketing channels.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years as a Producer (in-house or digital creative agency experience preferred)
  • Experience leading and driving consumer-facing marketing initiatives
  • Thorough understanding of digital campaign ideation, execution, and delivery processes
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while overseeing and juggling multiple projects and priorities
  • Able to integrate marketing, design, business/product, HI/UI, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify project requirements and build out project plans to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly, focus on key issues, while adapting to constant change
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • A passion for Apple, its products, and its customers
  • 5+ years managing a team
  • Proficient in Keynote and standard collaborative project management software (Wrike, Airtable, etc...)

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,500 and $220,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
