We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will support the development, coordination, and delivery of internal communications for a range of issues.
Description
As an Internal Communications Specialist, you'll work closely with your corporate communications peers and cross-functional partners across Apple to draft messaging, develop strategies and tactics, manage critical channels, and deliver world-class communications. You'll play a key role in developing and supporting large-scale, innovative, multi-phased internal communications strategies and campaigns that include key messaging, editorial content, digital sites and channels, Keynote presentations, design, video, photography, and more. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is able to quickly build collaborative partnerships, draft creative and measurable communications plans and content, acquire required approvals from key stakeholders, and manage complex projects, tactics, and deliverables in a fast-paced and time-critical environment. You'll also track and report on communications metrics and sentiment, and use those insights to help the team plan and adapt future approaches to how we inform and engage employees across Apple.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in internal communications, public relations, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global brands and/or technology and retail companies.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills, with poise and confidence in working with key stakeholders across teams at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drafting and implement effective, measurable communication strategies and tactics that resonate with diverse, global audiences.
- Strong knowledge of leading practices in internal communications and employee engagement and experience.
- Proficient with Apple productivity tools, including Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
- Understanding of basic design principles, with experience providing direction and feedback to creative professionals.
- Self-motivated communications professional with an eye for details who can manage workloads to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to take complex information and distill it into simple and engaging content that resonates with employees across all levels and disciplines.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize work to drive and deliver multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, English, or related field.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $173,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
