The Vision Products Group (VPG) is seeking an expert Business Operations Manager to focus on defining, developing and delivering immersive content worldwide with systems and processes that support the ongoing growth and enjoyment of Apple Immersive Video.

Description
Core to this role is a keen understanding of the technology, product development lifecycles, and creative processes. The ideal candidate will work in quick and rapid iterative cycles, with creativity and humility to formulate new ideas using structured thinking to inform the approach. This position requires working closely with cross-functional teams such as Content Development, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Marketing. Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in project and process management with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization
- Demonstrated expertise working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction
- Track record collaborating with creatives, engineers and supporting multi-disciplinary teams to ideate, iterate, and launch new content
- Expertise in creating project plans, executive presentations and tracking documents including scheduling and meeting notes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with and present to partners at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across multiple work streams, ensuring high-quality solutions in a continuously evolving creative environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or similar focus
- Video and/or Content Delivery background
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $120,500 and $181,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
