Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design visuals to be utilized across a variety of current and next-generation Apple products and platforms, including iOS, macOS, watchOS, and CarPlay, plus potential services and features. Shape the future direction of Apple's user interface and product design. Conceptualize, design, craft and help build the core user interfaces and experiences on screen-based applications across various products and services as well as graphic design on physical products and print. Create icons, crafting type treatments and engraving on our physical products, data visualization, etc. Leverage hierarchy, typography, color theory, materials/textures, and general user interface principles to design product experiences in order to bring Apple's key elements of design to life for users. Partner and collaborate with the studio leadership team, fellow designers, animators, engineers, writers, and other key partners to brainstorm, design, and build sophisticated and intuitive experiences which help customers to get the most out of Apple products. Use extensive experience in graphic design, illustration, interface design, product and brand communication, and prototyping. Leverage a passion for good design and an exceptional eye for detail, to create simple, beautiful solutions to complex problems across a wide range of the Apple ecosystem. International travel required 5%. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 - $264,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• 1 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
• Graphic Design and illustration using Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• User interface design using Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• Product and brand communication and prototyping using Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• Photo editing, image manipulation, and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop
• Creating illustrations, logos, icons, typography, and other scalable graphics using Adobe Illustration
• Creating layouts using Adobe InDesign
