Description
You will serve as a multi-functional team leader. You will be expected to: - Define and communicate program plans, schedule, and status - Ensure engineering excellence and help drive logical, balanced, and bold decisions - Prepare and present executive communications - Manage preparation and execution of engineering development builds - Identify and resolve conflicts, interdependencies, and program issues - Work with the multi-functional teams to mitigate program risks - React to unexpected changes in the program due to outside influences - Improve the system: Look for patterns, offer best practices, and implement change - Manage engineering and development budgets leading to mass production - Work multi-functionally to identify critical performance parameters - Travel up to 15%

Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant proven experience in a related field

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
