Description
Come join Apple Finance and be a part of our Corporate FP&A team. We currently have an opening for a Finance Manager leading our Benefits Finance team. This role works closely with Apple's Benefits team who build the strategy and run the many different programs that support our employees worldwide. This role leads the team responsible for devising forecasts for all aspects of our global programs, in collaboration with Benefits leadership, Corporate Procurement, GBS, and many other cross functional partners; supporting and influencing these teams in day-to-day financial management, and assessing needs for any changes to our benefits offerings. We are looking for a finance leader with outstanding influencing skills, strong executive presence, and deep analytical skills. If you're passionate about how we support our employees globally and love problem-solving, this would be a great fit for you. - Collaborate with Apple teams across the world to understand and articulate the financial impacts of our benefits programs - Work with your team to produce accurate financial forecasts for all benefits programs - Partner with cross functional teams to develop and provide insightful analytics - Proactively seek areas of improvement in process, analysis or reporting to drive better business analytics - Work on other ad hoc requests/projects to drive improvements in the benefits space

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional Finance experience
- 2+ years proven experience managing, developing and coaching as leader of a team
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Passionate about understand all angles of a problem
- Organized, possesses strong attention to detail, and has the ability to drive
- efficiencies
- Proven experience building and leading a high performance team
- Ability to coach team to conduct complex, data-driven analysis
- Highly articulate in both verbal and written communication
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,500 and $274,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
