We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. The Facilities Projects & Logistics team is essential to ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and meet the high standards expected at Apple. We are dedicated to delivering world-class services while fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Facilities Projects Manager to lead a team of Project Managers, drive key initiatives, and support operational excellence across our workplace environments.

Description

The Facilities Projects Manager will oversee facilities based projects for our headquarters and surrounding sites, ensure efficient service delivery, manage third-party vendors, and lead performance improvement efforts through strategic project execution. The role will report to the Facilities Projects Team Manager. - Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and budget adherence. - Identify and implement service and process improvements. - Ability to gracefully adjust to meet changing circumstances such as reassignment of project priority, implementation of design improvements/upgrades, and customer needs. - Ability to provide useful input on design and constructability. - Proficient and effective verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to establish and maintain close working relationships with management, colleagues, team members, internal and external partners. - Ensure consistent communication with leadership on operational metrics and risk. - Maintain compliance documentation and manage audit readiness across facilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or 5+ years of equivalent related experience
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing departmental spend and vendor oversight.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology and complex workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing diverse teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong customer service focus with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Track record of improving processes and delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in planning, reporting, and presenting to cross-functional leadership.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
