Facilities Operations Supervisor

We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Facilities Operations Supervisor to lead the efficient operation of our facilities, optimize operational processes, and cultivate a safe, clean, and productive environment.
Description
As a Facilities Operations Supervisor, you will lead a Facilities Operations team, including janitorial functions, drive the implementation of operational strategies, and foster cross-functional excellence. This role demands strong leadership capabilities, expertise in operations, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional facilities services, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve seamless operational outcomes and support business objectives.
- Develop and present compelling cases and recommendations to leadership and partners, securing consensus for strategic initiatives.
- Maintain procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize facilities management systems to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal partners to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures, prioritizing customer experience and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Establish and maintain dashboards to monitor and track SLAs, providing real-time access to operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of supervisory experience with a proven track record of motivating, mentoring, and developing a team
- 3 years of experience in Facilities, Business Operations, or related functions.
- Experience with (Union) Janitorial oversight
- Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial planning and budgeting, with the ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Facilities Management certification (e.g., IFMA).
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex operational challenges; Experience with operational software and analytics tools.
- Solid budgeting and financial management skills, including experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and change management, with the ability to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with others.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-driven environment.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $47.98 and $72.40/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
