The Places facilities audio visual project manager supports Apple facilities with day-to-day ticket submittals through facilities Tririga ticketing system. Tickets submitted by Apple users specific to audio visual request will be reviewed, executed and completed by the project manager by coordinating with Apple approved audio visual vendors. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that can handle multiple jobs while being responsive to the Apple user on delivering projects in a timely manner. Description
The Facilities Audio Visual Project Manager will manage all incoming Tririga tickets specific to audio visual requests. They will reach out to Apple users to gather scope, provide clarity of costs and complete the requests in a timely manner. The role will report to the Places Audio Visual Manager. - Coordinate site access for scope walks and installs with Apple users. - Work with Apple approved audio visual vendors for quotes and purchase orders. - Work with Apple facilities to approve/deny tickets submitted based on a set of criteria from Apple Places. - Work with facilities and Apple users on expectations of cost and deliverables for each ticket submitted. - Maintain accurate record keeping which includes correspondence, quotes and completion through Apple facilities Tririga ticketing system. - Ensure that the audio visual vendor has completed deliverables as specified in the original ticket submittal. - Take ownership of audio visual issues, engage appropriate technologies and drive towards resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience with audio visual technologies and project management
- Basic networking understanding
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced in using a variety of online tools within the Apple environment (Quip, Slack, Wrike, Webex, etc.).
- Comfortable with running audio visual installations for various room types (conference rooms, offices, labs, cafes, etc.).
- Expertise with A/V components including codecs, cameras, switchers, projectors, control systems, microphones, amplifiers and speakers.
- Past work experience in the deployment of integrated videoconferencing systems (Cisco) in a corporate environment.
- Familiar with audio visual manufacturers such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, Leon, etc.
- Currently holds CTS or CTS-I certification(s) or is working toward completing certification.
- Very proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various Apple user groups.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
