Description

We are looking for a bright and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of Apple TV Streaming. This role will support the business leader and will also oversee site management and overall team broad administrative initiatives. The highly motivated, well-organized candidate will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, including heavy calendar management, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize meetings based on last-minute changes
  • Experience as an EA to a single senior executive with proven track record of diary and daily production
  • A track record of complex travel and diary arrangements, both domestic and international, and completing expenses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant in the Entertainment industry a plus
  • A proven understanding and experience in producing an exec day and meeting the needs in the moment
  • Management of an executive leading a large organization and ability to manage broad team events and communications
  • Tailored and clear professional yet personable communication
  • Attention to detail vital
  • A skill is seeing around corners, thinking ahead and planning for the future, anticipating needs and changes, and reacting accordingly
  • A "can-do" attitude - no task is too big or too small.
  • Strong multitasker with premier organizational skills and an ability to balance multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident, well-informed decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
  • Ability to handle conflict appropriately, and know when to escalate issues and when to apply common sense
  • Experience on the Mac platform

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $36.85 and $65.70/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
