Apple is seeking an enthusiastic executive administrative assistant to support the Director of Services Internal Communications and Beats Public Relations and the Director of Artist Services, Talent Relations, and Events & Experiential at Apple Music. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams across Apple Services. This role will require excellent and comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Beats PR and Apple Music Artist Relations teams.
Description
- Effective calendar management which involves organizing meetings, prioritizing the schedule to reflect the most critical matters, proactively managing and preparing for meetings, resolving conflicts and challenges, and anticipating needs - Collaborate with other Administrative & Executive Assistants to coordinate schedules and organize executive meetings - Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings across locations worldwide including catering, complex conference room schedules, and visitor registration - Book and organize domestic and international travel for executives and talent/media partners - Manage expense reports - Support activities such as office space, printers, IS&T support, ordering supplies, distributing mail, and managing conference rooms - Manage new employee onboarding including equipment ordering, internal alignment with hiring managers and Day 1 onsite onboarding process - Manage global shipping operations for Beats Public Relations teams and international agencies, working closely with Apple compliance teams - Manage global Beats Media lists

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Minimum 4 years experience as a corporate executive assistant, project manager or team coordinator.
- Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems and tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to prioritize many competing requests
- Quick learner who possess a positive team-player attitude.
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials with proven ability to exercise good judgement and act with integrity and discretion
- Excels in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment while maintaining composure
- Accustomed to problem-solving issues in a timely manner and proactively communicating decisions to appropriate individuals
- Looks ahead and able to resolve issues before they become one
- Can work autonomously with minimal guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Flexible attitude and willingness to lean in to solve problems
- Some travel required
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $36.85 and $65.70/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
