Apple is seeking a highly motivated Event Coordinator to join the Worldwide Events Organization's Experiential team. The Experiential team creates thoughtful, immersive moments that bring Apple's products and values to life. Designed for media, creators, and cultural leaders, these experiences are crafted with intention-surprising, inspiring, and always unmistakably Apple. The team also plays a key role in major initiatives across the Worldwide Events organization, including New Product introductions and the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC).

Description

As an Event Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Experiential Events team to craft and deliver meaningful product experiences. You'll support event leads across a range of projects-managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and on-site execution with care and precision. You'll also take ownership of key product categories, guiding cross-functional teams from early concept through final delivery. Every detail matters. And so does the experience you help create.

Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination of key product categories, ensuring consistent management of cross-functional partnerships.
  • Participate in pre-planning and provide on-site support for global events including product launches, WWDC, and other pivotal initiatives.
  • Provide operational and logistical support to the Experiential Director and Senior Manager, including team communications, meeting planning, and internal workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of meaningful work experience in event coordination, production, or management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mac OS and Apple productivity tools (Keynote, Numbers, Pages)
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
  • BA degree or equivalent professional experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $89,900 and $176,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
