Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Lead collaboration among Software, Hardware, and Silicon teams to develop Apple consumer products, ensuring alignment with project goals. Define project scopes, schedules, and milestones in close coordination with diverse teams, and translate high-level objectives into actionable plans. Create executive-level presentations that communicate program status, milestones, and challenges, enabling informed decision-making by stakeholders. Drive collaboration between technical teams, by acting as a central point of contact, promoting effective teamwork across departments and addressing team dynamics. Navigate uncertainties and technical challenges of the project by organizing and driving communications between teams and escalation when appropriate. Ensure project objectives align with organizational priorities, by clarifying directions, and steering teams towards successful project outcomes. Ensure meticulous attention to detail to uphold Apple's product quality, functionality, and user experience, to make sure we are ready for launch. Lead recurring technical meetings such as Bug Review Boards, Software/Hardware cross functional, and Bring-Up related meetings. Prepare for Software Bring Up including Bring Up lab, Bring up activities, identifying DRls, schedules, and milestones of the Bring Up, and driving all related discussions. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 - $213,700/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Communications, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Applying software development processes for embedded systems,
- Building plans for complex products and technologies, while also understanding and managing the priorities and capacities of cross functional teams.
- Experience driving cross-functional solutions across engineering domains,
- Serving as a technical liaison using relevant engineering domain knowledge
- Applying system-level technical requirements including breaking down into defined and specific organization-focused requirements.
- Leveraging technical background to provide decision-making data and trends for executive teams and engineering stakeholders
- Experience using project defect tracking tools, collaboration tools, and processes
- Experience applying bug tracking tools and metrics towards a software release using a data driven approach
