The Developer Community Engagement Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the success of developer-focused programs and events. This person will help manage scheduling, speaker and attendee communications, and day-to-day coordination that keeps our initiatives running smoothly. They'll also be on the front lines of engagement - helping greet, support, and connect with community members during both virtual and in-person events. This role requires a high level of professionalism, comfort in public-facing situations, and a warm, proactive approach to relationship building. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion and calm under pressure. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in the areas of community engagement, marketing, or program management while working with a world-class team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in community coordination, event planning, customer advocacy, or a related support/engagement role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage schedules, logistics, and databases with accuracy.
  • Comfortable speaking with and in front of groups; polished communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
  • Passion for community-building and a desire to grow in the developer engagement or marketing space.
  • Familiarity with developer communities or technical audiences.
  • Event logistics or speaker coordination experience.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Experience with tools such as Numbers, Pages, Keynote, and Slack.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in community engagement, event coordination, communications, or related fields.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $88,100 and $132,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
