Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Responsible for Digital Mixed Signal (DMS) modeling and verification. Develop analog behavior models using DMS techniques in close collaboration with the designers. Add assertions to check the functionality at the model level and system level. Create test benches for the analog blocks and verify the correctness of the models. Support verification team in integrating the models in the test benches, DMS specific test plan determination, and debugging the related failures. Collaborate with Analog Designers in setting up Analog and Mixed Signal (AMS) simulation environment. Support mixed-signal co-simulation using Verilog models of analog circuits. Establish proper methodologies for chip connectivity validation using start-of-art computer-aided design (CAD) tools. Analyze simulation performance profiling results, while recommending improvements and fixes for performance bottlenecks. Support lab personnel for chip bring up and initial debugging. International travel required 5%. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $192,438 - $214,500/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

- Cadence Virtuoso and ADE
- Design Verification
- Analog, RF and Digital Knowledge
