The Corporate FP&A team is seeking an energetic, motivated, and curious analyst with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Specifically, this role will be responsible for building out data analytics capabilities and tools related to planning and forecasting Compensation and Benefits for employees across Apple. The role requires a solid business understanding, data analysis skills, an analytical brain, exceptional interpersonal skills, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

Description

This exciting opportunity entails the following responsibilities: - Analyzing and modeling data to understand trends and impacts to Apple - Partner with technical teams to build out automated reporting and forecasting models across the Compensation and Benefits space - Build out a roadmap for technical enhancements that will help the overall Spend, Compensation, and Benefits Finance teams work more efficiently and produce more accurate forecasts - Partner with People and Finance leads to understand the analytical needs across the Compensation and Benefits space, documenting and translating these needs into requirements - Be an advocate for process improvement across the team, sharing your technical expertise to up-skill the overall team - Take on additional ad hoc requests/projects as necessary

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of financial/business/data analyst experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
  • Ability to conduct complex, data driven analysis
  • Experience working with analytical tools beyond excel to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large data sets (e.g. Tableau, SQL, R, Python)
  • Exceptionally organized, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear narratives
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and capable of developing constructive partnerships across all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement with a passion for automation

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
