Apple's WW Channel Sales Programs (CSP) organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard processes to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSP team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at worldwide and regional levels. We're looking for an experienced individual who will lead cross-functional teams in designing and driving comprehensive change management strategies for our new AI/ML sales solutions. This role is pivotal in minimizing disruption, improving user engagement, and ensuring that our powerful new capabilities are not just implemented, but truly adopted and used by our teams worldwide. You will be the bridge between innovative technology and human adoption, making complex transitions feel intuitive and empowering.

Description

- Develop and own the global change management strategy for AI/ML tool deployments, anticipating challenges and proactively designing solutions. - Develop deep understanding of our internal processes and operational understanding of CSO Programs - Serve as an internal consultant, partnering with cross-functional teams to diagnose adoption challenges and co-create change strategies. - Design and implement comprehensive adoption programs, including user journeys, training curricula, support models, and feedback mechanisms. - Define and track key metrics to monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives and tool adoption rates, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement. - Proactively identify and mitigate potential resistance points through workshops, communication, and building champions within user communities. - Partner with technical teams to translate complex AI/ML functionalities into digestible and actionable training content. - Establish clear channels for user feedback to inform product development and ongoing change management efforts. - Orchestrate deployment readiness across different regions, ensuring localized and culturally relevant change management strategies and materials. - Ensure leadership and partners have consistent access to progress updates, roadblocks, and reporting against key milestones and goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex organizational change management programs in large, global enterprises, with a track record of successful technology deployments.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR), and tools.
  • Experience driving the change management and adoption of new reporting and/or analytic tools.
  • Proven ability to understand the human impact of change and build trust.
  • High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Proven understanding of business KPIs.
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
  • Solid track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
  • 12+ years of experience leading complex organizational change management programs in large, global enterprises, with a track record of successful technology deployments.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a geo highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with the successful adoption and integration of advanced technical tools, ideally involving AI/ML, data analytics, or similar innovative technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to measure program effectiveness and adoption.
  • Experience in designing and delivering scalable training and enablement programs for technical tools.
  • Experience working within a channel sales organization.
  • Experience with localization of training materials and change management strategies for global audiences.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
