Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Develop data engineering and data analytics solutions for critical projects in online retail. Prioritize key analytic/data science opportunities within the program, coordinated with other engineering partners. Measure and track analytics improvements against key performance indicators. Develop machine learning approaches to data attribution and labeling for use in ML systems. Data engineering pipeline development to facilitate the summarization and movement of data regularly to support critical program needs. Experimentation of data science techniques to assist ML teams with forecasting, classification, and prediction projects. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,901 - $185,000/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Software Engineering or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
  • Utilizing Snowflake SQL and Splunk to manage datasets and create business metrics.
  • Applying Tableau to visualize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Designing real-time dashboards using Splunk, Snowflake, and Tableau to monitor product launches.
  • Building automated ETL pipelines with Python, Teradata, Snowflake, and SQL to tailor business reporting.
  • Scaling training data with Snorkel Python package's weak supervision heuristics for machine learning models.
  • Querying historical data with PySpark to support load testing
  • Managing source code with GitHub, focusing on CI/CD workflows
  • Performing A/B testing teams in hypothesis formulation, data collection, metrics and design.
  • Improving NLP in Python with GPU for web page machine translation
  • Developing user-interactive tools using the Streamlit Python library for chat attribution analysis.
  • Conducting validation tests on Snowflake data pipelines
