Description
We're looking for an agile professional to join the Customer Systems Business Operations team where our mission is to establish organizationally effective practices and remove obstacles. In this role, you will be driving the annual and quarterly operating plans around our budget while working on our day-to-day process. The value you bring to our team is the ability to understand a broad spectrum of information and business drivers, distill this information down to what matters, and effectively communicate the financial impact. Dealing with ambiguity and seeing around corners is key.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5 yrs experience in a Program Management or similar role for large organization with multiple geo-located teams
- 5 years experience examining large data set, extracting data efficiently, and identifying drivers for cycle to cycle changes
- 5 yrs experience with team capacity, forecasting, and utilization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or other equivalent degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Must have high analytical skills, be able to see patterns, be a strategic decision maker
- Exceptional organizational skills, written/verbal communication (including keynote), collaboration within and across teams
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow through with detailed instructions
- 10 years experience in examining large data sets, extract data efficiently, and identify drivers for cycle to cycle changes
- Ability to multitask in an extremely dynamic environment, regularly balancing ad-hoc requests with long-term projects and initiatives
- Proven problem-solving, stakeholder management and cross-functional project work experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
