We are looking for a Brand Manager to be a steward for App Store marketing communications developed by Marcom, from awareness to performance. In this role you will collaborate with a group of creatives, strategists, project managers and cross-functional partners to develop and implement integrated marketing communications efforts for App Store, with a focus on Brand, Performance Advertising, Partner and Apple ecosystem marketing.

Description

In the Brand Manager role, you will be responsible for leading the cross functional development of all marketing and communications across App Store, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all key functional leads. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Serve as brand steward by driving strategic priorities, supporting creative development, and ensuring flawless execution of marketing communications. Collaborate with an internal team of Creative Directors, Producers, Writers, Designers, Strategists, Content and Project Managers to execute briefs from the Services Marketing group, including Advertising, Growth, Product & Design, and Developer Marketing teams. Identify creative solutions across multiple categories including product launch support, digital advertising/social campaigns, cultural moments, roadmap planning, and platform development. Partner closely with cross-functional + channel leads and Apple Services partners to act as a key point of contact and integration for the Marcom LA team supporting App Store. Build trust, credibility and influence across multiple internal partners in a highly matrixed organization. Use best judgment to prioritize creative problem solving and make decisions about what briefs and projects to action based on the strategic goals of the business and marketing KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience within the brand marketing and creative communication industries.
  • Experience leading development and execution of creative marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience partnering with cross-functional teams, and internal partners as a key point of contact for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with global brands.
  • Experience working on digital and social campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have guided teams of creative directors, producers, and strategists to plan, manage, and implement marketing communications efforts.
  • A proven track record of establishing trust, credibility, and influence across multiple partners to bring consensus in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Resourceful, self-starting adaptable, creative, comfortable with ambiguity, and results oriented with proactive energy and a positive attitude.
  • A solid understanding of key markets outside the US, including Japan and China.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
