Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Process all AMR and International employees and government legal form requests for additional benefits / leave payments. Execute policy reviews and deliver compliance support. Collaborate with Apple's Benefit Vendors, Benefit partners/program managers, and Legal teams that reside in the U.S. Collaborate with Deloitte, WTW, Cigna, and International Services that are in the U.S. Process all AMR and International employee benefits reimbursement requests. Process all legal requests for AMR and International employees and Apple benefits information. Provide personnel records management for AMR and international employees per legal entity request. Audit AMR and Russia Benefits/Leave Pay. Leverage specialized knowledge of Russia 1C database, legislation, and Apple's policies. Collaborate with Apple's Talent Mobility team, Immigration, and Legal teams that reside in the U.S. Translate Russian for global payroll employee communications and website updates. 40 hours/week.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Law, Business Analytics or related field, and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Must be able to read, speak, and write in the Russian language.
- In addition, 1 year of experience in each of the following skills is required:
- Reviewing benefit/legal form requirements and policy guidelines.
- Engaging with Deloitte, WTW, Cigna, and International Services for benefit management.
- Auditing and configuring HR to the payroll system.
- Experience processing in Amalgam, WorkDay, ServiceNow, and GV systems.
- Experience reporting Ad Hoc Benefits metrics.
- Collaborating with HR, compliance, and legal teams on policy impact.
- Updating payroll website content.
- 6 months of experience in each of the following skills is required:
- Examine benefit and leave-related HR system transactions.
