The Asset, Infrastructure & Reliability Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of workplace infrastructure and asset reliability programs across the corporate real estate portfolio. This role will lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the asset management lifecycle, drive preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, and ensure infrastructure resiliency to support high-performance work environments.

Description
You will lead the implementation and governance of an enterprise-wide asset management strategy, aligned with industry best practices (e.g., ISO 55000). Manage infrastructure lifecycle planning, including capital replacement forecasting, reliability engineering, and preventive maintenance programs. Partner with Facilities, Engineering, Projects, and IT to maintain accurate asset data, track condition assessments, and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies. Develop and maintain infrastructure risk profiles and business continuity plans. Provide strategic oversight of CMMS/EAM tools, analyze performance metrics, manage vendor relationships, and lead a team of specialists in delivering best-in-class asset reliability outcomes. Develop and manage the annual budget for infrastructure and reliability programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure operations, asset management, or facilities engineering
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Familiarity with enterprise real estate portfolios and mission-critical infrastructure systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), IAM Certification, or similar credential
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics platforms or Power BI for infrastructure reporting
- Experience leading change management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Facilities management certification (e.g., IFMA)
