Description

Drive and ship all aspects of large, cross-functional projects. Lead concurrent initiatives by defining project scope, authoring requirements, verifying resource allocation across the technology stack, identifying and mitigating risks, and establishing concise and thorough project timelines. Establish trust and create opportunities for seamless collaboration with colleagues across the AIML organization along with other Apple groups (e.g. Software Engineering, Hardware, Services) to ensure successful delivery of critical features.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in leadings successful software programs.
  • Have personally orchestrated the successful delivery of multiple significant client/server software products involving large-scale, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a curiosity and appetite for solving complex problems.
  • High level of accountability and responsibility.
  • Ability to drive strategic priorities and ensure teams are focused on the right things at the right time.
  • Self-motivated, and able to motivate colleagues, to drive tasks to completion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable communicating and presenting at all organizational levels.
  • Strong technical proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GenAI and machine learning-powered features, particularly in the model evaluation space, is a significant advantage.
  • Masters (or higher) in Computer Science or related field is a significant advantage.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $163,300 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
