The WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard processes to deliver the best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborate with many cross-functional teams at both WW and regional levels. We are looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and development for our next-generation Content Authoring, Management, and Publishing Platform. This platform is a critical foundation of our content supply chain, enabling the creation, management, and delivery of content experiences that reach millions of users globally. This role will define and build intuitive, scalable tools and structured content models that unlock content discovery, personalization, experimentation, and AI-driven content operations. You'll partner deeply with global content creators, creative, Marcom, engineers, and AI/ML teams to revolutionize how we author, manage, and publish content at scale. Description

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Content Authoring, Management, and Publishing Platform. Design intuitive, intelligent content tooling that supports structured content creation, metadata-driven authoring, modular content assembly, localization, and dynamic publishing across channels. Define content models, metadata frameworks, and authoring workflows to increase discovery, personalization, reuse, and experimentation. Deeply integrate AI/ML capabilities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes (e.g., metadata enrichment, asset generation, workflow recommendations), and power personalized experiences. Drive user adoption and scalability, ensuring that regional content teams have their workflows, localization needs, and compliance requirements reflected in the authoring experience. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, Marcom, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Product Marketing, and content operations partners to deliver high-quality product outcomes. Champion experimentation and data-driven iteration to validate new content models, workflows, and publishing strategies. Measure and communicate success through clear metrics tied to content velocity, operational efficiency, personalization impact, and content-driven user engagement. Onboard new users to the tools, conduct training sessions, and author onboarding materials with the support of external and internal partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally building content publishing tools, content platforms, digital experience platforms (DXPs), MarTech solutions, or AI-enabled content systems.
  • Deep expertise in content management, structured content modeling, metadata strategy, and modular content systems.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, content tagging, content generation, personalization algorithms) and how they can be practically applied in product experiences.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional product development across engineering, design, and data science teams.
  • Strategic problem solver: You see connections between tools, workflows, content, and outcomes.
  • Empathy for content creators and marketers - you understand their needs and design tools that unlock creativity and efficiency.
  • Experience supporting geo expansion and localization workflows for global teams.
  • A passion for experimentation, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - you can clearly articulate product vision, technical complexity, and business value to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
  • Prior hands-on experience as a content strategist, copywriter, or creative technologist is a major plus.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems like Contentful, Drupal, Sitecore, or first-party content management platforms.
  • Hands-on experience working with large-scale personalization systems, content experimentation platforms, or AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of recommendation systems for content discovery.
  • MBA Degree

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
