Description
As part of a collaborative administrate team, you will provide high-level in-office support to multiple teams of Software Engineers, your responsibilities include: - Assist in managing a Sr. Manager/Directors calendar, demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize scheduled based on last-minute changes - Ordering and restocking office and break room supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment - Managing and tracking of general building requests, often acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and ensuring completion of tasks - Management of multiple conference room calendars logistics - Coordinating catering requests for meetings and events, working with internal systems and vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup. - Onboard new employees, ensuring they receive necessary supplies, equipment, and security compliance. - Create, manage and track small purchasing orders

Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in an administrative or facilities support role
- Experience with Calendars and Mail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Demonstrate discretion, tact, and sound judgment when handling confidential information

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $34.60 and $51.90/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
