Description

The Administrative Assistant will support multiple Senior Director calendars, as well as provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Manufacturing Design team. The highly motivated, customer-centric candidate will be responsible for both general administrative tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities: • Assist in managing daily calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes. • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for select team members. • Facilitating expense reporting processes. • Supporting all Facilities activities for the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 + years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting Senior Director levels or above
  • Experience with calendar management, complex travel arrangements, expense reports, and facilities requests

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident, well-informed decisions
  • Ability to notice trends and anticipate needs and changes, and react accordingly with a calm demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
  • Possess a "can-do" attitude - no task is too big or too small
  • Ability to handle conflict appropriately, and know when to escalate issues and when to apply common sense
  • Experience on the Mac platform highly desired
  • BA degree preferred

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $41.00 and $61.50/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
