This role is based at Appian's Mexico City office in Coyoacán. Employees hired for this position will have the opportunity to work in a flexible, hybrid environment. If you are not already located in the Mexico City Area, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for this position.
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Foster a positive team environment focused on advanced technical knowledge, effective collaboration, and positive customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Appian insiders to sculpt the future of our business processes.
- Develop Appian applications alongside your pod members. You'll learn to develop and implement custom software solutions using Appian's platform-including everything from modeling database schema, to building out user flows, to creating UI mockups.
- Research, develop, and implement (with your pod) new tools to speed up and simplify application development.
- Ensure all documentation, training, and tooling you develop is maintained, easily accessible and globally reusable.
- B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field/degree
- Professional English proficiency
- Excellent problem solving skills and talent for identifying creative solutions
- Exceptional communication and customer management skills (verbal/written)
- Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster, PMP
