Our Mixed Portfolio team seeks a Sr. Manager of User Experience Design who will lead and inspire a team of UX designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that expand the types of properties our customers can manage on our platform (e.g., affordable housing properties). This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and intuitive products.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with an emphasis on creating cross-team alignment and delivering value incrementally.
Ability to learn and navigate complex and ambiguous subject matters.
Must have:
- 8+ years of experience in user experience design, with at least 4 years of leadership experience, directly managing and developing a team of designers.
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field (or related experience).
- Track record of leading and developing high-performing design teams that drive product outcomes in B2B products.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Affordable Housing programs.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in the design and research process.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $184,000-$230,000
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
