This person will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that directly supports our go-to-market initiatives. This leader will manage and inspire a team of content creators, ensuring the production of high-quality, impactful content across a variety of formats, including but not limited to: emails, webinars, blogs, articles, events, research papers, podcasts, and more. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the buyer's journey, a proven track record in B2B content marketing, exceptional leadership and project management skills, and has a deep passion for innovating the content experience, particularly how AI can power the entire content creation and distribution process. Your impactDriving Growth Through Content Strategy:

  • Develop and refine the content marketing strategy in alignment with overall company objectives and go-to-market plans to drive customer acquisition and customer growth outcomes.
  • Oversee the content calendar for a wide range of content types, and manage the content production workflow, from ideation and assignment to editing, approval, and publication, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Manage the content marketing budget effectively.
Cultivating Talent & Collaboration:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of content marketing experts, content writers, and copywriters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams across the organization - product marketing, SMEs, communications/advocacy, and customer and acquisition campaigns--to ensure content effectively supports all key initiatives. 
Innovating Content for the Future:
  • Identify opportunities for new and innovative content formats to reach and engage target audiences, including how AI is changing the content experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics, using data to inform future content strategy and optimization.
  • Stay informed of industry and competitive trends in content marketing, go-to-market strategies, and relevant content formats.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing content strategies that support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to interpret data to measure content performance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $138,400 to $173,000 [base pay]. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The compensation range listed here does not include additional benefits or any discretionary bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
